We're so excited you’re joining us! The Holly Jolly Holiday Market is all about celebrating creativity, connection, and community, and making sure everyone —vendors, shoppers, and our team have the best possible experience.

Our market is a curated showcase of handmade, hand-designed, and vintage treasures. We kindly ask that at least 75% of your products be handmade or hand-designed by you. Vintage items are welcome, but non-handmade products should not exceed 25% of your inventory. Direct sales or mass-produced items are not permitted.


We are committed to creating an inclusive environment where all vendors and shoppers feel welcome. Discrimination or harassment of any kind will not be tolerated. This means:

  • Respecting each other’s space, art, and identities - We strive to support any and all Makers, Shopper, Team Members, Venue Staff and Volunteers who wish to participate in our markets or events, regardless of age, gender, sexual orientation, race, culture or native language.
  • Inappropriate behaviour or harassing behaviour is not tolerated. Inappropriate and harassing behaviour can take many different forms and can include, but is not limited to, general rude behaviour and language, the use of foul language or insulting remarks, racial slurs, offensive displays, jokes, threats or threatening behaviour, destruction of property, leering, stalking, staring, physical violence and verbal assault.
  • Uplifting our fellow makers and shoppers. We’re better together - Sharing negative or destructive comments about fellow vendors or the show with customers, any other parties and/or other exhibitors is not appropriate and reflects poorly on everyone involved. If you have an issue or complaint, please use the proper channels so that we can address any concerns.

Your booth is your stage—make it shine, treat it like your own little shop.  Ensure your display is inviting, well-organized, and reflects your brand. Vendors are responsible for staffing their booths throughout the market,  and handling all transactions independently.  Be sure to bring your own payment options—Wi-Fi can be spotty. (Need display ideas or setup tips? We’re always happy to help!)


While  we promote the heck out of this market— nothing beats the power of your own community.

 Please help spread the word on social media, in your newsletters, and with your audience. Let people know where you’ll be, and why they should come shop handmade this season.


Braded media packages will be made avaliable for sharing.


We’ll share full details closer to the event, but here’s the gist:

  • Set-up happens the day before the market. Booths must be set up 30 minutes prior to doors opening.  
  • Tear-down begins only after the event ends—we want every vendor to get full visibility, and last minute shoppers don't feel rushed.  
  • Please respect the space and our schedule so we can keep things smooth and stress-free. Set up and tear down must be completely within the timeframes given.



The Holly Jolly Holiday Market is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items. While we keep an eye on things, you’re responsible for your own products, cash, and displays. We recommend not leaving valuables unattended and having someone cover your booth if you need a break.

Our Venue is locked and security is present after hours and over night.



All documents and materials provided by the Holly Jolly Holiday Market are intended solely for vendor use specific to our market. Do not share or repurpose these materials for other events. We work hard to make this market feel special and original.
